Who it is for

Owners and sales leaders, together.

Both are welcome. The owner sets direction and removes obstacles; the sales leader turns priorities into weekly practices. You work from one shared company plan, with clear individual commitments.

Proposed annual format

  • 12-month journey
  • Monthly facilitated peer sessions
  • Quarterly plan reviews
  • Annual reassessment

Use the assessment to choose a few priorities. The plan records your baseline, desired results, ownership and next steps. Peer sessions give you a regular place to review progress and work through obstacles.

Your facilitator
